Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee our financial operations. As Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for driving financial performance by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets, and analyzing variances.

Key responsibilities include ensuring financial accuracy, maintaining accounting controls, conducting and reporting financial analysis, leading business strategy, and overseeing timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Forecast financial requirements and prepare annual budgets to drive business growth.
• Monitor revenue and expenses, coordinating data collection, consolidation, and evaluation to ensure financial accuracy.
• Maintain accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts and defining accounting policies and procedures.
• Conduct and report financial analysis to inform business decisions and drive company stability.
• Lead business strategy to deliver on key financial metrics, working capital, and profit and loss ownership.
• Oversee the end-to-end financial reporting process from record compilation to external reporting.
• Record, account for, and reconcile all financial transactions systematically and regularly against budgets.
• Research, analyze, and recommend solutions to business problems.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or relevant field.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Auditing/Accounting.
