Project Manager: Façade Installation

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the installation of façade systems, ensuring seamless project delivery and compliance with international standards.

  • Supervise site execution, coordinating with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor project schedules and report progress to stakeholders.
  • Liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure project alignment.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks for façade installation.
  • Resolve technical/site-related issues and escalate if necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in façade (glass and aluminium) projects.
  • Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, cladding, ACP, and glazing works.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tracking tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret façade drawings and technical specs.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be willing to relocate to Oman and work under fast-paced project environments.

Additional Information: The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of professionals. A strong understanding of local regulations and international façade standards is essential.
