Senior Quality Engineer

Lead the development and implementation of quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements. Drive quality initiatives that promote a culture of excellence within the organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain project quality plans, procedures, and records in accordance with Company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential quality risks and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and conduct training programs for employees on quality awareness, best practices, and regulatory compliance.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a quality discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, with at least 3 years in a brownfield environment.
  • Familiarity with Oil & Gas Quality Systems and rigorous quality procedures is essential.
