Responsibilities- Main Duties:
- Deliver exceptional spa experiences.
- Ensure a clean and well-maintained work environment.
- Participate in reception duties and pool/fitness area tasks.
- Stay updated on spa procedures and products.
- Communicate effectively with guests.
- Collaborate with other spa programs.
- Promote spa services.
- Maintain current professional licenses.
- Report equipment issues.
- Familiarize yourself with spa operations.
To succeed as a Massage and Aesthetics Expert, you will need:
- Certification from an accredited school of Massage and Aesthetics required.
- All professional licenses must be current.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly responsible & reliable.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
