Job Title: Specialist Physician - Orthopedic Surgery

Domo Ventures W.L.L. is a leading provider of healthcare solutions in the GCC region. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Physician - Orthopedic Surgery to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthopedic surgery and be able to provide high-quality medical care to our patients. This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent benefits and opportunities for professional development.

About the Position:

  • Diagnose and Treat Musculoskeletal Injuries and Conditions
  • Perform Surgical Procedures as Needed, Including Joint Replacements, Arthroscopic Surgeries, and Fracture Repair
  • Conduct Pre-operative and Post-operative Consultations with Patients
  • Develop and Implement Treatment Plans for Patients, Including Medication, Physical Therapy, and Other Interventions
  • Collaborate with Other Medical Professionals to Provide Comprehensive Care to Patients
  • Keep Up-to-date with the Latest Advancements and Techniques in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Participate in Departmental Meetings and Contribute to the Development of Policies and Protocols
  • Maintain Accurate and Up-to-date Medical Records for All Patients
  • Provide Guidance and Mentorship to Junior Medical Staff and Residents
  • Adhere to All Medical and Ethical Standards Set by the Company and Relevant Regulatory Bodies

Qualifications:

  • Medical Degree from an Accredited University
  • Completion of a Residency Program in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Board Certification in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Minimum of 5 Years of Experience as a Consultant/Specialist in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Work Well in a Team Environment
  • Strong Decision-making and Problem-solving Abilities
  • Dedication to Providing High-quality Patient Care
  • Valid Medical License to Practice in the Country
