Job Description:

As an Accounts Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the financial department. Your primary duties will include verifying supplier invoices, handling petty cash, preparing monthly reports, and ensuring VAT compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify supplier invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with purchase orders
  • Manage petty cash funds used for operational expenses
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets
  • Ensure accurate recording of VAT transactions and prepare timely returns
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting
  • Strong knowledge of VAT regulations and compliance
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
