Responsibilities:

1. Supply Chain Strategy:

2. Operational Excellence:

  • Analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

3. Logistics Execution:

  • Oversee daily logistics activities, including scheduling, transportation, and order fulfillment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, track orders, and ensure timely deliveries.

4. Partner Development:

  • Identify and engage reliable logistics and transportation partners.
  • Negotiate agreements that balance cost, quality, and reliability.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3+ years in logistics coordination, import/export operations, preferably in the region.
  • Strong understanding of local import/export regulations and logistics supply chain management.
  • Prior experience in construction equipment or heavy machinery logistics (preferred).

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve operational challenges effectively.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and data analysis tools.

Language Skills:

  • Fluency in at least two of the following: English, Arabic, Chinese (Mandarin).
