Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee infrastructure projects, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure timely delivery of client deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead infrastructure projects from planning to execution.
- To manage project budgets and schedules effectively.
- To oversee the preparation of all client deliverables.
- To coordinate with the management team to establish contract budgets and scopes of work.
- To perform/manage design relocations or new installations smoothly.
- To participate in business development and marketing efforts for related projects.
- To ensure proper codes and standards are being used by engineers on projects.
- To provide design staff with expert technical guidance, assistance, and mentoring on projects.
- To be responsible for the successful completion of utility engineering under his/her direction.
- To represent the company at professional meetings, conferences, seminars, etc.
- To forecast and monitor utility budgets and schedules accurately.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering.
- 8 years of experience in project management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- AutoCAD, Ms Projects, Primavera required. 3D drawings is a plus.
