About the Role:

This senior-level position oversees project and programme management, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality deliverables. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio of experience in managing complex projects, with expertise in scheduling and earned value management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, integrating multiple stakeholders and resources.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive project success, leveraging expertise in Primavera P6 software.
  • Monitor project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures to ensure timely delivery and profitability.
  • Maintain effective communication channels with clients, project teams, and stakeholders, fostering collaborative relationships.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on earned value management, interface management, and quality assurance.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated track record of successful project management experience, with a focus on medium to high-complexity projects.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 software, with expertise in configuration, administration, and maintenance.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
