We are seeking an exceptional and passionate hairstylist with expertise in advanced hair coloring techniques and curly hair styling. The ideal candidate should be confident in modern coloring techniques, have experience working with various curl patterns, and be creative and attentive to detail.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Advanced Hair Coloring Techniques: Perform balayage, highlights, toning, root blending, color correction, and other advanced techniques to create bespoke looks for clients.
  2. Curly Hair Styling: Style and treat curly hair types with care and confidence, including twist-outs, diffusing, defining curls, cutting curls, and more.
  3. Client Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations to recommend suitable color options and styles for clients based on their individual preferences and needs.
  4. Hygiene and Professionalism: Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism at all times, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for clients.
  5. Client Relationships: Foster long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service, understanding their needs, and delivering results that exceed expectations.

Key Qualifications:

  1. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional salon, showcasing your expertise and ability to deliver high-quality results.
  2. Portfolio: A strong portfolio in hair coloring & curly hair styling is essential to demonstrate your skills and creativity.
  3. Knowledge: A deep understanding of hair textures, color theory, and modern products is crucial for success in this role.
  4. Presentation: A friendly, communicative, and client-focused personality is vital for building trust and rapport with clients.
  5. Language: Proficient in English (Arabic is a plus) to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  6. Location: Currently based in Oman or willing to relocate to join our team.
