Description:

We are seeking an experienced NDT inspector and welding expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and supervising Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) activities during construction and pre-commissioning phases of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of welds and other materials to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to prevent defects and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspection results and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
  • Collaborate with senior inspectors and management to develop and implement inspection plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in NDT techniques and technology.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as engineering, physics, or materials science. You should also possess a valid Level 2 certificate ASNT 9712 PCN (or equivalent) in UT, RT, MT, and PT, as well as valid welding certificates such as CSWIP 3.1 and AWS CWI.

Additionally, you should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in NDT activities and at least 5 years in a similar position. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with cross-functional teams and vendors.
