Job Title: Courier Delivery Driver

A reputable company in Khasab, Oman is seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Specialist to oversee the timely and efficient delivery of all shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver packages and documents to designated locations within Khasab on a daily basis
• Ensure all shipments are handled with care and delivered to customers in excellent condition
• Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor at all times and communicating effectively with clients
• Follow safety policies and procedures while operating company vehicles to prevent accidents and injuries
• Maintain accurate delivery records and collect necessary payments from customers when required
• Communicate any delays or issues with deliveries to the team immediately to minimize disruption
• Keep track of daily delivery schedules and prioritize tasks accordingly to meet deadlines
• Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations while driving to ensure safe transportation

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and minimal traffic offenses
• Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a related field preferred
• Familiarity with Khasab roads and neighborhoods is highly desirable
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an asset)
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy packages on occasion
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative to resolve issues
