Technical Operations Manager

Job Description:

The Technical Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects. This involves managing technical documentation, coordinating with the home office, and ensuring that all necessary materials are available on site.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage technical documentation, including filing, distribution, and revision control.
  • Coordinate with the home office to ensure that all necessary information is shared in a timely manner.
  • Oversee the receipt, inspection, and warehousing of materials.
  • Ensure that all material delivery vouchers are properly prepared and distributed.
  • Provide regular updates on the expected arrival and availability of materials.
  • Manage the preparation of Field Material Requisitions.

Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in technical operations management. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be proficient in a variety of software applications.
