• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure that all dishes are prepared to perfection, paying close attention to detail and presentation.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, ordering, and supply chain management to ensure seamless operations.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives and optimize labor productivity to maintain profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including LQA standards and guest comments.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel setting.
• Strong knowledge of meat cutting techniques and principles.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
