This role is part of the Finance and Sales division at TekRack. We are seeking a seasoned ERM system implementation expert to join our team and lead the implementation of our ERM system.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of the ERM system, ensuring alignment with our organizational risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with IT and business units to integrate the ERM solution with SAP and other existing systems.
  • Lead a cross-functional team to implement the ERM system.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute data migration plans, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
  2. Conduct user training programs and develop manuals for system users and administrators.
  3. Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshoot issues before going live.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ERM system implementation, preferably integrated with ERP (SAP).
  • Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, compliance, and governance processes.
