The QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our projects. This involves working closely with various stakeholders, including program management, engineering, and construction teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in quality assurance and control.

• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Conduct regular audits to verify plan and procedure adherence.
• Collaborate with construction staff to plan inspections and testing activities.
• Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure they adhere to project quality assurance and control plans.
• Lead site QA/QC activities to ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
• Manage materials receipt, storage, and use.
• Oversee site visits for visual verification of procedure adherence.
• Develop and maintain As-Built Quality Records in accordance with Inspection and Test Plans.
• Provide guidance to QC Inspectors on ITP content and record compilation.
• Participate in FATS and SATs as required.
• Implement procedures to prevent bad practice, waste, and non-value adding activities.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to explain derogatory effects of bad practice.
• Pursue supply chain QC compliance as advised by the Project QA Manager.
• Compile high-quality reports, including QAQC KPIs.
