- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and cultivate new MICE business opportunities through targeted sales strategies in local, GCC, and international markets.
- Build relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and luxury DMCs to position Alila Hinu Bay as the premier destination for MICE events.
- Develop and execute tactical plans, including promotions, packages, and partnerships, to maximize MICE revenue.
- Represent the resort at trade shows, roadshows, and networking events to promote MICE offerings.
- Event Planning & Coordination:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, offering customized solutions to create memorable luxury experiences.
- Work closely with internal teams, including operations, F&B, and banquets, to ensure seamless event execution.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and logistics to deliver high-quality events.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for MICE clients, providing personalized service and support.
- Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Conduct market research to identify MICE trends, competitive analysis, and new business opportunities.
- Provide regular updates and reports on MICE sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
- Brand Representation:
- Ensure all events align with Alila's luxury brand standards and sustainability principles.
- Showcase the unique selling points of Alila Hinu Bay, including its location, bespoke services, and amenities.
