Dessert Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and creative Dessert Specialist to join our team in Khasab, Oman. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for designing and executing new pastry recipes that meet quality standards.

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel
• Advanced knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
• Creativity in designing new pastry recipes
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent time management skills
• Good communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and executing new pastry recipes that meet quality standards
• Preparing and baking various types of pastries, cakes, and desserts
• Decorating pastries using different icings, toppings, and sauces
• Ensuring timely production of all pastry items to meet customer demands
