The successful candidate will perform all activities within the Bakery Kitchen area, ensuring a safe and profitable operation within the hotel framework. They will support the development of restaurant concepts and standards, recommend menu changes based on seasonal product availability, and adhere to Anantara food preparation and presentation guidelines.

The ideal candidate will maintain basic food safety and sanitation practices, oversee asset management of outlet property and facilities, participate in departmental training, and promote positive inter-departmental relations through candid communication and cooperation.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree or any culinary degree, have at least one year of experience as a Chef de Partie in hotels and restaurants, demonstrate excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, and commit to teamwork and customer service.

A strong eye for detail and ability to achieve operational excellence are also essential for this position.
