We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as Colleagues Accommodation Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our host accommodation operations, ensuring that all facilities and services are maintained to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of our host heart of house areas, ensuring that all facilities and services are maintained to the highest standards. This will involve working closely with various departments, including housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance, to ensure seamless delivery of services to our guests.

The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, able to inspire and motivate their team to deliver exceptional results. They will be highly organized, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Have a thorough knowledge of all facilities and services offered by the resort for its hosts, including type of rooms available, location, and layout.
  • Administer all housekeeping and laundry facilities and ensure a secure environment for all our hosts.
