  • 2–5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in Hypermarkets or Supermarkets
  • GCC experience is essential; Oman experience preferred
  • Proven ability to manage store operations, sales targets, and inventory control
  • Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills

Duties include:

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure efficient execution
  • Manage and optimize sales performance to achieve commercial targets
  • Supervise store staff, providing training, motivation, and support
  • Maintain inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment
