As an Aerial Lift Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of cranes on construction sites. The key responsibilities of this role include operating cranes according to job specifications and safety guidelines, conducting pre-operational checks to ensure equipment is functioning properly, interpreting signals from riggers or other personnel to maneuver loads, inspecting cables, hooks, and other equipment for any signs of wear or damage, maintaining log books and records of crane operations, communicating with site supervisor and team members regarding job requirements, and adhering to all safety regulations and protocols at all times.

In order to excel in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a crane operator in a construction setting, valid certification for operating cranes (CPCS or equivalent), ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions, strong understanding of crane operations and safety procedures, excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception, and good communication skills.
