About the Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and innovative Design Leader to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing design resources, developing annual business plan outcomes, and supporting business development activities.

  • Lead and manage design teams to develop innovative and sustainable design solutions.
  • Develop and implement design management systems to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Collaborate with project management office (PMO) teams to ensure coordinated deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and presenting management review data/key performance indicators (KPIs) to project and sub-function leadership.
  • Supporting business development and work-winning activities by recommending and initiating change to project delivery plans.
  • Maintaining effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in design management, with experience leading and managing design teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead others and delegate effectively, while maintaining impartiality and taking a pragmatic approach.
  • Good technical knowledge to challenge projects/design/proposals and make informed decisions.
