Project Cost Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our project cost management team.

The successful candidate will oversee the financial performance of complex projects, ensuring they are delivered within budget and on schedule. Key responsibilities include developing and managing project budgets, forecasting costs, tracking cash flow, and implementing change management procedures.

To achieve this, we require a strong leader who can manage and mentor a team of cost professionals while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Prior experience working in the oil and gas industry is essential, as well as expertise in earned value management (EVM) techniques and cost/schedule trend analysis.

Additional skills and qualifications include:

  • Developing and implementing cost management processes and tools
  • Providing financial insights to drive project profitability and efficiency
  • Fostering a collaborative working environment across disciplines
  • Leading and mentoring a cost management team
