A highly skilled sales professional is sought after to lead the sales team in Oman, leveraging their expertise to effectively sell fencing products to key clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in project sales and value-based selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement: Identify client needs through effective communication and propose suitable solutions by understanding customer requirements from a business perspective.
  2. Solution Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
  3. Closing Deals: Analyze costs and sales, negotiate contract terms, and close sales by agreeing on terms and conditions.
  4. MIS Reporting: Provide timely insights into sales performance to inform business decisions.
  5. Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales
  • Experience in the Middle East market is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
