About the Role

This Field Drilling Manager position is responsible for overseeing the execution of safe and efficient well drilling activities during assigned shifts for development, appraisal, and exploration wells.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. A strong understanding of drilling operations and HSE protocols is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute work instructions for drilling and service activities
  • Select appropriate tools for bottom hole assemblies to optimize performance
  • Monitor equipment controls to ensure safe pipe movement and well control

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
  • Degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field
  • Strong background in petroleum engineering or G&G, with management and leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and sensitivity to multicultural environments
