Women's Fitness Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly qualified and certified specialist to join our team and provide expert guidance in women's fitness training. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and help them achieve their fitness goals.

About the Role:
  • You will design and deliver customized training programs for women, addressing areas such as pre and postnatal fitness, hormonal considerations, and strength training.
  • You will lead high-energy group exercise classes that cater to a variety of fitness levels and goals.
Requirements:
  • International certification in group exercise instruction, such as Les Mills, ACE GFI, AFAA, ISSA, or EREPS.
  • Specialized certifications in Yoga (RYT 200+), Pilates (STOTT, BASI), and Indoor Cycling (Schwinn, Spinning).
  • Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, Level 3 PT) preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience coaching group classes or personal training, with a strong ability to engage and motivate clients.
