Job Description

This role requires a collaborative leader who can work closely with the kitchen team to drive culinary excellence.

The Head of Desserts and Pastries will oversee all aspects of the pastry and bakery production kitchens, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff training.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading the pastry and bakery team to achieve exceptional results

  • Maintaining high standards of food safety and quality control

Requirements
