
Culinary Operations Manager

As a kitchen coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen facilities.
- Administrative duties include completing tasks as directed by the executive chef.
- You will assist with operational and administrative culinary aspects of the kitchen.
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems is also part of your responsibilities.
- Monitoring daily hygiene practices and reporting any issues to management is crucial.
- Coordinating the diary of the executive chef and assisting with market list creation and inventory control are key tasks.
- Conducting routine inspections to ensure food handling, storage, preparation, and service meet hotel standards is essential.
- Supporting chefs and stewards in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation protocols is also important.
- Reporting non-compliance issues and implementing corrective actions are necessary steps.
We are looking for someone with strong administrative skills who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience working as a coordinator or administrative assistant is required.
- A degree or higher national diploma in hospitality/hotel/business management would be an advantage.
