Housekeeping Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our daily cleaning routines.

Your primary objective will be to maintain high-quality guest experiences by implementing effective strategies to improve satisfaction and respond promptly to inquiries and issues.

To achieve this goal, you will proactively work with the housekeeping team to implement plans that meet housekeeping initiatives and hotel targets. This includes supervising and developing the team, fostering growth and performance, managing costs, inventory, productivity, and performance levels.

You will also be responsible for building effective relationships with stakeholders and leading programs to enhance service standards, profitability, and cost control.

In addition, you will ensure compliance with legislation and best practices, maintaining documentation for audits.
