Job Description

This is a challenging and rewarding role for a technical professional who wants to take their skills to the next level. As a Techncial Lead at Unique Occupational Services Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of technical components of CRM projects. This includes ensuring that all technical aspects of the implementation are executed according to the project plan and meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee customization of the CRM system to fit business processes, ensuring that custom features align with user requirements
- Ensure appropriate APIs are used to connect CRM with other peripheral applications and services as needed
- Design and Manage PoCs to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed architecture and technology solutions
- Plan and manage the deployment of the CRM solution

Requirements:
- 8+ years' experience in CRM knowledge and data mapping and migration
- Extensive experience in managing technical teams and resources
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
