About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate individual who can provide exceptional spa treatments to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a luxury spa environment and possess certifications or diplomas in Massage Therapy, Aesthetics, or related wellness fields.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide customized spa experiences to meet individual guest needs, ensuring relaxation and rejuvenation.
  2. Perform a diverse range of spa treatments, including various massage techniques, facials, and body therapies.
  3. Cultivate strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with guests in a professional and approachable manner.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of spa products and their benefits, enabling tailored retail recommendations to guests.
