The role of a Server Administrator is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our server infrastructure. As a Server Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the installation, configuration, monitoring, maintenance, upgrade, and support of all Windows servers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage server installations and configurations to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Monitor server performance and troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of server technologies and best practices to stay ahead of evolving threats and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of server systems with other IT infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience as a Windows server administrator, including design, installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Previous experience in an Enterprise Environment preferably in the banking sector.
  • Industry-recognized certifications in Windows server administration are required.
