Indian Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and skilled restaurant professional to lead our team in Al Buraymi, Oman. As a senior manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.

About the Role:

  • To oversee the day-to-day activities of the restaurant, including preparing and presenting menu items, supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Ensure that all staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities and provide support and guidance as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Monitor and manage labor costs, develop work schedules, and implement effective staffing strategies.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and maintain excellent communication with vendors.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a senior management role in the hospitality industry, preferably in Indian cuisine.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers.
  • Able to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Indian cuisine and culture is essential.
