Job Description:

This role involves planning, organizing, managing, and executing contract engineering activities from initial strategy development through award and post-award contract management. The goal is to ensure the smooth operation of contracts, mitigate claims, manage ACV and variations, and meet contractual durations to achieve contract profitability and market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage contract activities from strategy development to award for high-value, complex, or risky contracts, including post-award management.
  2. Prioritize HSE compliance according to company rules, HSE golden rules, and Life Saving Rules.
  3. Develop and implement contract management plans, KPIs, and stakeholder workshops to oversee effective post-award management and drive improvements.
  4. Coordinate with Contract Holders and stakeholders to manage contract changes, variations, and claims, minimizing disruptions and cost overruns.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Quantity Surveying, Economics, Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Contract Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in technical English (oral and written communication skills).
