Service Ambassador

We're looking for a charismatic Service Ambassador to lead by example, delivering exceptional service to our guests. As a vital member of our front desk team, you will set the tone for our guests' entire stay, ensuring they feel valued, cared for, and exceeded in their expectations.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized attention to our guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations. This includes greeting and checking-in guests, responding to their requests, and taking care of any issues that may arise during their stay.

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, and enjoy interacting with people from diverse backgrounds. Prior experience in a similar position is an asset, and fluency in English is a must. Additional languages are a plus.
