Master Mixologist

Professional bartenders with excellent communication skills are required to serve guests at our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a neat appearance, an engaging personality, and be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable.

The bartender will greet customers, learn their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare beverages and food. Key responsibilities include upselling, creating recipes, using proper equipment and ingredients, and maintaining cleanliness.

• Greet guests, assess their beverage preferences, make recommendations, and take orders.
• Plan and promote drink menus, including new and special offerings.
• Mix ingredients, garnish, and serve drinks.
• Check IDs to verify legal drinking age.
• Manage inventory and supplies.
• Follow food safety and quality standards.
• Handle transactions accurately and balance the cash register.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work and dining areas.
• Develop new cocktail recipes.
