About The Job
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our airport services and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to improve passenger handling processes.Manage daily airport operations, including liaison with airport service providers and government agencies.Collaborate with senior management to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.Serve as primary contact for all aspects of QR airport operation at the station.Assist in responding to emergencies or major operational disruptions affecting Qatar Airways or its subsidiaries.Offer suggestions on process improvements to enhance service delivery standards.Maintain a balance between 'customer first' and 'company interest.'Coordinate with One World Carrier support during disruptions.Ensure Aircraft Turnaround Check (ATC) duties for safe ground ramp operations.Verify aircraft cabin service doors operation for safety.Perform other department duties as assigned by the Head of Department.Requirements
You should have:
- Relevant college or university qualification to minimum Bachelor's level.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
- Experience in a managerial role.
- Proven crisis management experience.
- A wide range of training courses and skills gained in an airline environment.
- Extensive knowledge of airline and airport operations.
- Excellent English language command.
- Organizational and management practices for program analysis and evaluation.
- Customer focus with empathy towards customers.
- Principles and practices of program development and budget administration.
- Managerial skills, including delegation, direction, and workflow management.
- Able to work under pressure.
