Software Development Team Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Development Team Lead to join our team. As a team lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of software applications and systems, while also guiding and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cross-functional software development teams, ensuring successful delivery of projects within budget and time constraints.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal partners.
- Identify and prioritize software development requirements, developing detailed project plans and timelines to meet business objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing coaching and feedback to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within our organization.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in software development.
- Proven track record of successfully leading software development projects, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results within budget and time constraints.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an iterative development environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
