Key Responsibilities of a Painter

  • Preparation of surfaces for painting, involving the removal of non-structural components from equipment.
  • Preparation of paint using relevant equipment.
  • Application of paint using various techniques and tools, including airless or electrostatic spray equipment, rollers, and brushes.
  • Work in complex industrial environments while following safety standards and using personal protective equipment.
  • Cleaning the treated area and equipment after completing a job.
  • Safe handling and disposal of chemicals and hazardous waste.
  • Maintenance of painting equipment.
Requirements and Qualifications

A graduate or relevant college diploma holder preferably in Automotive. Relevant experience is required with 1 to 3 years in the same industry. Candidates with experience in Engineering Machinery/Heavy Equipment Machinery will be preferred.

Benefits

The ability to read, interpret, and work from plans, drawings, and specifications is essential. Experience in automotive painting, refinishing, or body repairing is required. Arabic Language is an added advantage. Local Omanis are highly preferred. An Oman Driving License is required.
