Job Description

To lead and develop a high-performing team in order to achieve outstanding sales results, while maintaining a strong brand image and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully running a profitable retail store, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain effective relationships with key business partners.
  2. Understand customer profiles and provide feedback on marketing strategies to relevant stakeholders.
  3. Maintain visual merchandising standards within brand guidelines and implement company expectations for store appearance and cleanliness.
  4. Monitor sales per square foot to ensure maximum productivity within brand and store specifications.
  5. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity and provide recommendations to improve sales performance.
  6. Drive sales growth, monitor performance, and identify commercial opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  7. Cultivate a culture of exceptional customer service, leading by example and resolving customer complaints promptly.
  8. Minimize stock loss through the implementation and adherence of stock management policies and procedures.
  9. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities to maximize sales and ensure Buying and Planning teams are aware of stock-related feedback.
  10. Recommend and manage sales promotions and brand activities through effective planning and preparation.
  11. Ensure all company policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to.
  12. Conduct stock takes in-store in liaison with the Operations team.
  13. Adhere to company Health & Safety standards at all times.
  14. Provide leadership and direction to team members towards achieving goals and objectives.
  15. Coach and motivate team members to enhance performance and produce high-quality work.
