About the Role

Delivering reliability solutions is a complex task that requires specialized skills and expertise.

We are seeking a skilled engineer to join our team in delivering intelligent, connected technologies to monitor and control energy extraction assets. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise to meet client expectations in artificial lift requirements.

The role involves ensuring compliance with the Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process, participating in incident investigations, and promoting prevention of failures during the lifecycle management of a product or service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with MtJC process
  • Participate in incident investigation, including job planning, preparation, and execution
  • Promote prevention of failures through active monitoring and corrective action planning
  • Participate in engineering design review process
  • Execute key steps outlined within Field Incident Management Process (FIMP)
  • Manage FRACAS DMAIC stages
  • Apply root cause analysis (RCA) processes
  • Facilitate or lead incident investigations
  • Facilitate or lead incident review and corrective action boards
  • Analyze performance data and monitor performance
  • Develop and report key performance indicators as needed
  • Share lessons learned with the field population
  • Support new product development in all aspects relevant to reliability engineering
  • Handle other product line specifics, responsibilities and special projects as required
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ESP Reliability
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills also, Project Management Skills
  • Able to communicate in English effectively
