Electrical Installation Lead

As an Electrical Installation Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth installation of electrical systems in various industrial settings. Your expertise in Siemens MV and LV products, as well as your knowledge of power applications, will be invaluable in this position.

This role involves leading installation teams effectively, planning works, and coordinating with customer installation teams to achieve timely installation of Siemens equipment. You will also be responsible for assessing and managing on-site risks and opportunities, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, regulations, quality benchmarks, and EHS guidelines.

To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, power engineering, high voltage engineering, or a related subject. A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Installation Supervisor in O&G Projects is required, along with expert-level knowledge of Siemens MV and LV products and power applications. Additionally, Installation Supervision Certifications in Siemens NXAIR, 8DA10, and Sivacon S8 systems are preferred.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, multi-tasking, organizational, and time-management skills to work effectively under pressure. They should also be able to lead installation teams effectively and plan works efficiently. Intercultural experience gained by working in the Middle East is highly valued.
