Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a detailed check on all daily food & beverages purchase cost, and prices of other operating supply for the hotel.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Carrying out daily random samples of receiving reports and market lists investigating quantity and price differences, and reporting unresolved discrepancies to the Materials Manager/Purchasing Manager and or Controller.
• Updating and distributing purchase price comparisons and sales statistics as required.
• Completing and distributing cost and sales potential reports as requested by Management and as outlined in the Cost Control Manual.
• Providing timely month-ends accounting information with pertinent observations to enable completion of month-end financial reports.
• Providing Daily & Monthly Food & Beverage Cost Outlet wise to the Management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Bachelor's degree/higher education qualification/equivalent in Accounting or Finance.
• Three years in hotel accounting or internal audit experience with one year in a supervisory role.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
