Maintenance Director

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of maintenance operations, including planning, assigning, and supervising work to ensure that all facilities are maintained in excellent condition. You will also be responsible for developing your team through coaching and feedback, creating performance and development goals, and recognizing good performance.

• Manage daily engineering needs, plan and assign work ensuring the right team is in place.
• Develop your team through coaching and feedback, creating performance and development goals, and recognizing good performance.
• Recommend or initiate HR-related actions as needed.

• Advanced vocational training.
• Four years of experience in general building maintenance and/or construction or equivalent education and experience.
• Expertise in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry fields.
• Level 3 EPA Certification, HVAC and refrigeration certificates, licensed plumber, and/or journeyman status for electrician and carpenter may be required.
