Transformational Leader

Zippy Talent Recruitment Agency is seeking a Transformational Leader to spearhead its IT Infrastructure Business. The ideal candidate will drive business development and oversee P&L management for the division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to capture new opportunities in IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, data centers, and networking solutions.
• Manage the overall P&L for the IT Infrastructure Division, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded while maintaining cost controls and operational efficiency.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring high-quality execution of IT infrastructure solutions for clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Proven track record in business development and implementation of large IT Infra projects.
