G-nous seeks a talented Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead marketing initiatives at the group level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing campaigns, analyzing data to optimize performance, and driving lead generation and customer acquisition.

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive acquisition, growth, and retention across channels
• Design and monitor experiments to optimize conversion rates
• Lead the development of content and copy strategy for each initiative
• Support the development of commercial and CRM strategy in conjunction with head office
• Coordinate with the communication department to enhance G-nous reputation and image
• Collaborate with the design team to define creative materials for each initiative

• At least 4 years of experience in strategic marketing roles, preferably within tech companies or startups
• Proven ability to design and execute impactful marketing campaigns across diverse channels
• Expertise in data analysis to optimize performances, reporting results to stakeholders
• Strong experience with lead generation and customer acquisition techniques
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative vision, both for campaign development and process improvement
