Job Role Summary:

The Spa Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring an exceptional and relaxing experience for guests in a serene and luxurious environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Guest Support:

  • Provide warm greetings and guide guests through spa facilities and amenities.
  • Offer essential services such as towels, robes, refreshments, and other necessities during their visit.
  • Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally to ensure comfort and satisfaction.

• Spa Cleanliness & Maintenance:

  • Maintain cleanliness of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, locker rooms, wet areas, and restrooms.
  • Sanitize and restock treatment rooms between sessions according to hygiene standards.
  • Ensure supplies such as towels, linens, water, and toiletries are consistently replenished.

• Support Services:

  • Assist therapists by preparing treatment rooms with proper setup and ensuring smooth treatment turnover.
  • Monitor inventory levels of linens, amenities, and products; assist in stockroom organization.
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to the relevant team members.

• Ambiance & Experience:

  • Adjust lighting, music, and temperature appropriately to maintain the spa ambiance.
  • Ensure all guest areas are tidy, serene, and stocked throughout the day.
  • Support spa events or VIP setups as needed.

• Team Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with therapists and receptionists for smooth scheduling and guest flow.
  • Participate in briefings, training sessions, and spa meetings when required.
  • Communicate guest feedback, preferences, and concerns to the relevant team members.

• Standards & Conduct:

  • Follow grooming, hygiene, and conduct standards.
  • Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
  • Maintain a professional, calm, and guest-focused demeanor at all times.
