**Responsibilities:

  • Support the head and sous chef in a busy hotel kitchen.
  • Ensure consistently high-quality food is delivered.
  • Manage purchases orders and maintain the highest standards of quality and consistency in daily preparation.


The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of international and regional cuisines.
  • Experience in food preparation and recipe development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Culinary Skills or related field.
  • 3 years' experience as a chef, including at least 2 years in similar positions or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
