About Us:

Zippy Talent Recruitment Agency is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our client, one of the largest Interiors & Contracting companies in the GCC region, headquartered in Oman.

Our client offers a comprehensive range of products and turn-key interiors and contracting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Salary: 10,000 - 15,000 OMR per annum (approximately $26,200-$39,500 USD)

As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the financial health of the organization. This role involves producing financial reports and developing strategies based on financial research.

You will guide senior executives in making sound business decisions in the long and short term.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Leading the annual budgeting process
  • Conducting detailed financial analysis to inform strategic decisions
  • Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations
  • Monitoring and managing the organization's cash flow
  • Managing and mentoring the finance team

Qualifications:

  • A qualified CA or Inter CA is mandatory
  • Professional accounting qualification is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting and reporting
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
